Do I need an appointment to visit your showroom? No. Showroom Hours are Mon - Fri 9am-5pm Sat 10am-3pm . Do you offer free estimates? Yes. We will need your kitchen measurements in order to present you with an accurate estimate. Please refer to Granite Sketch Board. Do you come out to measure and design my kitchen? Yes. We will come out to measure/ template your counters once all selections are finalized. Do you have a charge for installation ? No . We do not charge extra for professional countertop installations.Where do I go to select my granite slab? Our slab yard is by our showroom. While you are visiting our showroom you will be able to select your granite slab from 200 different granite colors . Are those granite colors only what's available? No. We have over 200 colors and over 1000 slabs in stock. If you are looking for any specific color that we don't have in stock we will bring it in a couple of days from our different warehouse. How long does it take to receive my countertops once placed an order ? Custom countertop orders are usually ready to be installed in 5 business days.Do you match/beat any written estimates? Yes . We do match/beat with some limitations. All our granite slabs are premium quality. Written estimate must be for a premium granite slab and must be from a quality matching qualified fabricator.
